Announcement - Regulated Information according to L. 3556/2007

Public Power Corporation S.A. ("PPC") announces that, according to L. 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification, received on 29.05.2026, from "CVC Capital Partners plc" (CVC plc), as a result of a corporate event (Share Capital Increase of PPC), on 26.05.2026:

a) Selath Holdings S.à r.l., an entity indirectly controlled by CVC plc, holds directly 38,200,000 shares of PPC which correspond to 6.39% of PPC's total voting rights, from 10.34% on 13.12.2024 and

b) Aeolus Holdings S.à r.l. an entity indirectly controlled by CVC Capital Partners IX Limited (which is indirectly controlled by CVC PLC) holds directly 64,412,238 shares of PPC which correspond to 10.78% of PPC's total voting rights, from 0%,

that is an aggregate of 102,612,238 shares of PPC which correspond to 17.17% of PPC's total voting rights.

According to the same notification, the above aggregate percentage of voting rights is split among CVC plc and the entities controlled, directly and indirectly, by it as follows:

CVC Management Holdings II Limited	17.17% (indirectly)
CVC Capital Partners Fund Holdings II Limited	17.17% (indirectly)
CVC Capital Partners Strategic Opportunities II Limited	6.39% (indirectly)
Miletus Holdings Jersey Limited	6.39% (indirectly)
Selath Holdings S.à r.l.	6.39% (directly)
CVC Capital Partners IX Limited	10.78% (indirectly)
Aeolus TopCo S.à r.l.	10.78% (indirectly)
Aeolus Holdings S.à r.l.	10.78% (directly)
