Consolidation of Capital Completed
Soil Sub Technologies Ltd (ASX: SOI) (“Soil Sub” or “Company”) wishes to confirm that the consolidation of capital has been completed pursuant to the relevant resolution at Company’s AGM held 30 November 2015.
The Company’s capital structure post consolidation as advised by the share registry is as follows:
