Pointerra Limited (ASX: 3DP) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Pointerra Limited (‘3DP’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of 3DP, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Pointerra Limited (“Pointerra” or “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX, with respect to Pointerra’s quoted securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Pointerra advises that:

(a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a material contract award;
-
(b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 28 February 2024, and when the announcement regarding the material contract award is made to the market;

(c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
-
(d) There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
