Extension of Share Purchase Plan closing date
Pointerra Limited (ASX:3DP) (‘Pointerra or the Company’), advises that the closing date of the Share Purchase Plan (‘Offer’) (ASX Announcement 23 August 2023) has been extended from 13 September 2023 to 27 September 2023.
Under the Offer, eligible Shareholders have the opportunity to subscribe for between A$2,500 (minimum) and A$30,000 (maximum) worth of new Shares at an issue price of $0.12 per Share.
A revised timetable of the Share Purchase Plan is outlined below. These dates remain indicative only and are subject to change.
