Board Changes

• Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“ SOI ” , “ the Company ” or “ Soil Sub Technologies ”) is pleased to announce it has appointed Mr Azlan Asidin as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr Thomas Alabakis has also resigned with immediate effect.

• Mr Asidin is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in the Malaysian construction industry and the board believes will make a significant contribution to furthering the Company’s Malaysian property interests.

• The Company intends to provide an update to the market early next week in respect to the Malaysian property projects.

Azlan Asidin joins board

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“ SOI ” , “ the Company ” or “ Soil Sub Technologies ”) is pleased to announce it has appointed Mr Azlan Asidin as a non-executive director of the Company effective immediately.

Azlan graduated in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, United Kingdom in 2006.

He had a career almost 30 years in the construction, plantation, oil & gas and corporate sectors. The last 10 years until today, in senior positions of public listed companies as the Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer.

Azlan’s career is highlighted by extensive experience in managing major clients, with over 20 years working in senior roles for client organizations, technology & project management companies, and contractors. He has practiced the project delivery role from multiple perspectives and has first-hand experience in establishing and running integrated owner’s teams, partnering projects, and alliances. One of Azlan’s prior appointments was a Project Engineer and Factory Manager for a pre-fabricated system in Kuala Lumpur. This was amongst the pioneer project in Malaysia for concrete pre-fab system for the Kuala Lumpur Municipal Board (DBKL) – over 4,000 units of medium cost housing project.

His directorships in other public company include Petrol One Resources Berhad. He also holds directorship in several private companies in Malaysia and Labuan.

Thomas Alabakis resigns
