RE: SOIL SUB TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“SOI” or the “Company”) - DRAFT INDICATIVE TIMETABLE FOR RECOMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 OF ASX LISTING RULES

In the event that the Company chooses to exercise the option on the Tasinifu Manganese project (the “Option”), the Company will be required to re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. ASX Guidance Note 12 requires the Company to release a draft indicative timetable in this event. If the Company chooses to exercise the Option four (4) months from entering into the Option (11 April 2011), the draft indicative timetable follows:

Reinstatement of Trading on ASX	End ofSeptember

Please note that this draft timetable is indicative only and does not state that the Company will exercise the Option in 4 months. For the avoidance of doubt, vendor consideration via the issuance of securities will not be issued, until all requirements for re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 are met.
