BOARD RESTRUCTURE
Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“the Company”) advises that it is in the process of a Board restructure.
Independent Director, Mr Brian Delaney has been appointed Chairman.
The Company advises that Mr Graeme Scott has resigned as Executive Chairman.
The Company intends to immediately seek to appoint additional independent Directors to further enhance its Corporate Governance requirements.
The Company is in the process of seeking a suitable General Manager to ensure the Company’s operational plans are optimised.

Soil Sub Technologies Limited has developed intellectual property rights including patents enabling it to manufacture and market, a highly water retentive, nutrient efficient fully organic growing medium product under the brand name “NutriMix[™] ”.
