HALF YEARLY REPORTS & PRELIMINARY FINAL REPORTS

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform the market that it will not be in a position to lodge the above reports due to the following circumstances:

1. Following the change in Board Members, the Company has only recently received accounting records. These records, as received, are not in a form suitable to allow completion of the above reports and audit review.

2. The former Directors appear to have taken no action in regards to preparation of these reports and the accompanying audit review.

3. Further to the update made by the Company on the 18[th] February 2009, the Company is seeking legal advice as to options available to the Company, and is awaiting that written advice. This information may have some bearing on the outcome of the audit review.

4. Mr Michael Cho of the Timms Cho Group has advised that Company that it can expect to have an update during next week. This may also have some reflection on the outcome of the audit review.

The Company understands its obligations under Listing Rule 17.5, and Chapter 4 of the Listing Rules. Specifically, Listing Rule 17.5 specifies that the ASX will suspend “securities from quotation on the trading day after the date on which the documents were due”. Furthermore, the ASX will not waive this rule.

To this end, the Directors aim to complete these reports and lodge within the next thirty (30) days.
