APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Kevin Astill as an independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Currently a finance broker accredited with over 40 lenders throughout Australia, Mr Astill has extensive experience in the finance industry.

Michael gained much of his experience with the Bank of New South Wales (Westpac) and AGC between 1968 and 1980.

During this time, Michael was involved in the marketing of financial products within the banking system and the housing industry, and was involved in the launch of financial and insurance products into the motor industry.

The Board is pleased to welcome Mr Astill as a Director of the Company, and is confident that his financial background and experience will be of great benefit going forward.
