APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Soil Sub Technologies Limited (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr Michael Egan as Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Egan replaces Mr Oscar Pellizzon.
