NUTRIMIX™ MIDDLE EAST HEADS OF AGREEMENT SIGNED

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“Soil Sub”) advises that it has signed a Heads of Agreement (“HoA”) with a major organisation which has an extensive network throughout the Middle East region for the promotion and sale of NutriMix™.

Under these Heads of Agreement a joint venture company has been formed and a Shareholders’ Agreement is in the process of being finalised.

Further details of the arrangement will be released once the negotiations have been completed and a contract signed.
