BEIJING DESERT HEADS OF AGREEMENT SIGNED

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“Soil Sub”) advises that it has signed a Heads of Agreement (“HoA”) to use its NutriMix™ product in a major desert reclamation project in China. The HoA also provides for Soil Sub to provide technical expertise and be involved in the management of the project.

The HoA is with the Timms Cho Group (‘Timms Cho”), who has signed a tripartite agreement with two large Chinese companies, which requires the use of NutriMix™ in a desert reclamation project that relates to a large desert area west of Beijing.

The Timms Cho tripartite agreement relates to the reclamation of 400,000 hectares of desert using NutriMix™ and provides for an initial trial area to be treated. Subject to a successful trial, Timms Cho plans to apply for a grant under a US$ 6 billion grant scheme which has been approved by the Chinese Government to fund the reclamation of the desert.

The Chairman of Soil Sub, Graeme Scott said today, ‘the signing of this HoA is a very significant development for Soil Sub in the commercialisation of its products and technology.”
