Completion of Escrow Period

Pointerra Limited advises that the following securities will be released from 24-month mandatory escrow conditions on 12 July 2018:

• 71,058,854 ordinary fully paid shares

102,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at 5 cents each on or before 30 June 2019

As previously advised to the market, the Company expects to secure a voluntary escrow period of 12 months from some of the holders of these securities and will update the market on the exact quantum once the relevant agreements have been executed.
