Platinum JV Developments Sdn Bhd – Option Agreement

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“ SOI ”) advises that the option to acquire Malaysian based Platinum JV Developments Sdn Bhd (“ PJVD ”) (as announced 23[rd] April 2014) expired on 30[th] June 2015 and SOI has elected not to proceed with the acquisition on the basis of the failure of PJVD to meet certain conditions precedent.

SOI is actively looking at other investment opportunities and will advise the market of any further developments.
