RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Soil Sub Technologies Limited has accepted the resignation of Mr Michael Egan as Company Secretary. The Directors wish Mr Egan well in his future endeavours.

The Directors are finalising steps to appoint a new secretary, and such appointment will be announced as quickly as possible. In the interim, Mr Graeme Scott is the person responsible for communications with the ASX for the purposes of Listing Rule 12.6.
