RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“the Company”) advises that it has accepted the resignation of Mr James Nicholas Callianiotis due to Mr Callianiotis’ serious ill-health.

As Mr Callianiotis is expected to be unable to fulfil his duties as a Director for several months; he decided that it was in the interests of the Company to resign at this time. Accordingly he tendered his resignation on the 17[th] December 2008.

When his health improves, Mr Callianiotis will be available to consult with the Company as and when required.

The Board thanks Mr Callianiotis for his contributions as a Director, and wishes him a speedy recovery.
