APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Brian Francis Delaney as a Director of the Company on the 18[th] December 2008.
Mr Delaney was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1976, and has been in public practice working primarily on audits, taxation, and insolvency since this date.
Mr Delaney also holds tertiary qualifications in economics, accounting and law and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring.
Previously a partner in a large, rural, country-based practice, Mr Delaney has extensive knowledge of the agricultural and horticultural industries.
Having been involved in a number of small capital raisings, and with experience as a Director of two private, unlisted companies, Mr Delaney will provide the Board of Soil Sub Technologies Limited with professional and practical experience and knowledge.
The Board is pleased to welcome Mr Delaney as a Director of the Company.
