Sub: Notice of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of PNB Gilts Limited (‘the Company’) is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 21[st] day of July, 2023, inter-alia, to consider the proposal for declaration of Interim dividend for the financial year ending on 31[st] March, 2024.
Please note that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the aforesaid interim dividend, if any, has been fixed as July 31, 2023. This however is subject to the declaration of the aforesaid interim dividend by the Board of Directors of the Company in above referred meeting.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window is already closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2023 to July 23, 2023.
