The Bank has engaged the services of NSOL as the agency for providing e-voting facility to the Eligible Members, enabling them to cast their vote in a secured manner.

In terms of the MCA Circulars, physical copies of the Postal Ballot Notice, along with postal ballot form and pre-paid business reply envelope, have not been sent to any member. Accordingly, the communication of the assent or dissent of the Members eligible to vote, Is restricted only to e•voting, i.e., by casting their votes electronically instead of submitting postal ballot forms. •

Members holding Equity Shares of the Bank as on Friday, March 20, 2026 (•cut•off Date·), shall only be entltled to vote through e•votlng process in relation to the resolutlon specified In the Postal Ballot Notice.

A person who becomes a Member after the Cut.off Date should treat the Postal Ballot Notice for information purpose only. Eligible Members who have not registered their e-mail IDs, are required to register the same on or before 10:00 a.m. (1ST) on Friday, April 24, 2026 so as to receive the Postal Ballot Notice and the procedure for e•voting along with the login 10 and password related details. The procedure to register em?il ID is, given below:

Members may send a request to [email protected] for procuring user ID and password for e•voting.

(i) In case shares are held in physical mode. if any, please provide Folio Number, name of the Member, scanned copy of the share certificate (front and back), PAN (self-attested scanned copy of PAN Card) and Aadhaar (self-attested scanned copy of Aadhaar Card).
(II) In case shares are held In demat mode, please provide DP ID and Ctle~t ID (16-digit DP ID and Client ID or 16--digit beneficiary ID). name of Member, client master or copy of consolidated account statement, PAN (self-attested scanned copy of PAN Card) and Aadhaar (self-attested scanned copy of Aadhaar Card).

Members are required to update their mobile number and email ID correctly in their Oemat account in order to access e-voting facillty.

After successful submission of the e-mail ID, the Bank I NSDL will share an electronic copy of the Postal Ballot Notice within 48 hours of receiving details of e-mail ID.

The manner of e---voting by (I) individual members holding Equity Shares of the Bank In demat mode, (II) members other than Individuals holding Equity Shares of the Bank In demat mode, (lil} members holding Equity Shares of the Bank in physical mode (if any), and {iv) members who have not registered their e•mail address, Is explained In the Notes to the Postal Ballot Notice. The manner ln which persons who have forgotten their User ID and Password, can obtain/ generate the same and the contact details of the person(s) responsible to address the grievances connected with the voting by postal ballot lncludlng voting by electronic means, has also been provided in the Postal Ballot Notice.

The e-vottng period will commence on Thursday, March 26, 2026 (9:00 a.m. 1ST) and ond on Friday, Aprll 24, 2026 (5:00 p.m. 1ST). During this period, Eligible Members of the Bank may cast their votes electronically. The a-voting will not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and lime and the e-votlng module shall be forthwith disabled by NSDL upon expiry of the aforesaid period.
