In further to the same, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of PNB Gilts Limited (the Company), upon the nomination request received from Punjab National Bank ("Promoter Bank"), vide its resolution passed by circulation on 20.12.2023 have appointed Sh. Amit Kumar Srivastava (DIN: 08099846), Chief General Manager, Promoter Bank, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 26.12.2023.
It is also confirmed that Sh. Amit Kumar Srivastava (DIN: 08099846) is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order passed by the SEBI or any other such authority.
