Agyey Kumar Azad, Executive Director, Punjab National Bank i.e. promoter, as an Additional Director (Non- executive category) w.e.f. 05.12.2020.
It is also confirmed that Sh. Agyey Kumar Azad is not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI order or any such authority.
