In reference to the captioned subject, please take note that today the Board of Directors has appointed Sh. Vikas Goel as Additional Director with the designation 'Managing Director & CEO' of the Company for 3 years w.e.f. 01.02.2019 in place of Sh. S. K. Dubey, whose tenure as Managing Director will expire on 31.01.2019. His appointment is subject to approval of shareholders in the General Meeting.
The Board has also designated Sh. Vikas Goel as Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f 01.02.2019 in place of Sh. S. K. Dubey.
Sh. Vikas Goel is not related with other Directors of the Company. Profile of Sh. Vikas Goel is annexed.
It may be noted that Sh. Vikas Goel has not been debarred from holding office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any such authority.
Further, w.e.f. 01.02.2019 Sh. Vikas Goel, Managing Director & CEO will act as 'Authorised Person for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of advising on disclosure to the Company Secretary', in place of Sh. Sh. Vikas Goel
Sh. Vikas Goel is B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi Univiersity and MBA from Fisher College of Business, the Ohio State University.
He has worked with three multinational banks (American Express Bank, Credit Agricole Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank) in India for around 27 years in leadership roles in establishing and managing Global Markets businesses, primarily the Fixed Income and Currency asset classes etc.
During his career in these multinational banks, he extensively and profitably traded FX Spot, FX Forwards, Government Securities, Treasury Bills, Commercial Paper, Certificate of Deposits, Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps (MIBOR/MIFOR), FX Futures, INR denominated Derivatives, Currency Options and NDS books etc both directionally and relative value. He was responsible for assumption and management of all market risk activities, balancesheet and liquidity management, pricing liabilities and assets via the transfer pricing mechanism etc.
