Sunil Mehta, (DIN: 07430460), Non-Executive & Non-Independent Chairman of the Company vide letter dtd. 30.09.2019 has informed that he will be demitting the office of Managing Director & CEO of Punjab National Bank, the holding company, today on completion of his tenure in the Bank. Accordingly, he has tendered his resignation from Directorship and Chairmanship of the PNB Gilts Limited with immediate effect.
