Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, it is hereby informed that the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India, in exercise of powers conferred u/s 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, vide its letter dated 13.09.2023 (received on 25.09.2023), has re-appointed M/s. Batra Deepak & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN:005408C) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24.
Further, the Statutory Auditor also accepted such appointment and provided confirmation on the same vide letter dtd. 25.09.2023 (received on 25.09.2023).
Relevant information in this connection as required under SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is at Annexure- A.
