Reg: Appointment of Statutory Auditors for FY 2020-21
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, it is hereby informed that the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India, in exercise of powers conferred u/s 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, vide its letter dated 10.08.2020 (received on 26.08.2020), has appointed M/s. Rasool Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 500015N) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.
Further, the Statutory Auditor also accepted such appointment and provided confirmation on the same vide letter dtd. 28.08.2020 (received on 01.09.2020).
Pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, necessary detail(s) is enclosed herewith.
