Plaza Centres p.l.c. (The Company) hereby announces that it has been informed by Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd that ordinary shares held in Plaza Centres plc amounted to 2,218,328 shares. This represents 7.85% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.
