The following is a company announcement issued by Plaza Centres plc ('The Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rule 5.176.

Plaza Centres p.l.c. (The Company) hereby announces that it has been informed by Mizzi Holdings Limited thatordinary shares held in Plaza Centres plc amounted to 2,309,797 shares. This represents 8.18% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.
Mizzi Holdings Limited exceeded the 5% threshold on 13th April 2015.
Further to the Company announcement on 15 April 2015, reference PZC124/2015, regarding the 7.85% shares purchased by Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd, Central Mediterranean Development Corporation Limited and Mizzi Associated Enterprises Limited no longer hold shares in Plaza Centres plc.
