Plaza Centres p.l.c. (The Company) hereby announces that it has been informed by Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd that shares held on behalf of its clients amounted to 2,858,863 ordinary shares in Plaza Centres p.l.c.. This represents 10.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The 10% threshold was surpassed on 16th October 2013.
