(The Company) hereby announces that it has been informed by Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd that shares held as nominee on behalf of its clients in Plaza Centres p.l.c. exceeded the five (5%) percent threshold and now stands at 8.7% of the Company's total issued share capital.

The number of shares currently held by Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd, held as nominee on behalf of its clients, is now 2,462,300 ordinary shares.
