Bond Cancellation
The Board of Directors announces that during the month of March, the Company purchased a total of €250,000 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 (MT0000121203). In accordance with section 5.9.3. of the Securities Note forming part of the Prospectus dated 11 August 2016, the said bonds shall be cancelled forthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold.
Extension of offer to purchase bonds
The Board of Directors further announces that the Company extends the offer to stand in the market to purchase the remaining balance of €345,000 until 30 April 2022 at a maximum price of €100 per Bond.
