Extension of offer to purchase bonds

Further to Co Ann 205, the Board of Directors announces that the Company extends the offer to stand in the market for the balance out of the original €2,000,000, of €1,220,000 until the 30 September 2021 at a maximum price of €104.50 per Bond.
