The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces that on the 15 October 2020 , the Company purchased a total of €51,750.00 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 (MT0000121203). In accordance with section 5.9.3. of the Securities Note forming part of the Prospectus dated 11 August, 2016, the said bonds shall be cancelled forthwith and may not be re-issued or resold.
