The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces that between the 25 September 2020 and 1 October 2020, the Company purchased a total of €150,000 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 (MT0000121203). In accordance with section 5.9.3. of the Securities Note forming part of the Prospectus dated 11 August, 2016, the said bonds shall be cancelled forthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold.
