Company announcement PZC160/2018 announced the approval of all resolutions proposed at the annual general meeting. Since no resolution was required for the appointment of directors this matter was inadvertently missed from the company announcement. For completeness sake, the directors appointed pursuant to the articles of association until the next annual general meeting are: Prof. Emanuel P. Delia, Mr. Charles J.
