Plaza Centres p.l.c. announces that following a board meeting on Friday 50 January 2018, the board of directors has made the following interim appointments:

• 1. Mr C.J Farrugia, chairman, will on an interim basis take over the executive functions of the chief executive officer until the company has had the appropriate opportunity to recruit a new chief executive officer to replace Mr. Lionel Lapira.
• 1. Ms Allison Mifsud takes over the role of company secretary.
