The following is a company announcement issued by Plaza Centres plc ('the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of Plaza Centres p.l.c. (the Company) hereby announce that following an advert issued by the Company on the 3 February 2014, the following nominations for Directors were received from shareholders in terms of the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association:-

Mr Albert Mizzi - Chairman Mr David.G.Curmi – Non Executive Director Profs. Emanuel Delia – Non Executive Director Mr Charles.J.Farrugia – Non Executive Director Mr Brian Mizzi – Non Executive Director Mr Etienne Sciberras – Non Executive Director Mr Gerald.J.Zammit – Executive Director

Pursuant to Article 56.6 (a) of the Company's Articles of Association, since the Company received as many nominations as there were vacancies, no elections will take place and the above mentioned Directors will be automatically appointed Directors with effect from the next Annual General Meeting on 30 May 2014.
