Company Secretary Change

Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Taylor as Group Company Secretary, with effect from 1 November 2025.

Laura has served as Playtech's Deputy Company Secretary since April 2025 and brings a wealth of expertise to the role. She has over 15 years' experience in company secretarial roles across FTSE-listed and international businesses, most recently serving as Deputy Company Secretary for Kier Group for three years and previously holding roles at companies including PageGroup, Whitbread and Royal Mail.

Playtech also announces the retirement of Brian Moore, after 10 years as Company Secretary, with effect from today's date. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Brian for his significant contribution to the Company, and wishes him well for the future.
