Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR of the Company, details as follows:

On 20 May 2026, Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 71,321 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £3.747829 per share.

On the same day, Chris McGinnis, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 27,080 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £3.718070 per share.

These purchases were made in accordance with the requirements of the Company's remuneration policy, under which a proportion of their annual bonus is deferred into shares for a period of two years.
