Committee Changes

Playtech announces that Susan Ball has succeeded Andrew Thomas as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 21 November 2018.

In addition, the Company also announces that John Jackson has stepped down as a member of the Remuneration Committee, also with effect from 21 November 2018.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
