Report Content Report No. 16/2025 - Dividend from profit earned in 2024 approved byAnnual General Meeting

§ 19.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andthe conditions for concerning information required by the law of anon-member state as equivalent.

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the "Bank") herebyannounces that on 13 June 2025, the Annual General Meeting of the Bank(the "AGM") allocated as a dividend, from the net profit of the Bankachieved in 2024, PLN 6,850,000,000 representing PLN 5.48 gross per eachshare.

The AGM set the following dates:

1) the dividend date: 5 August 2025,

2) the dividend payment date: 14 August 2025.

All of the Bank's shares, i.e. 1,250,000,000 are entitled to thedividend.

The remainder of the profit in the amount of PLN 2 299 777 622.72 wasallocated to the reserve capital for the payment of dividend, includinginterim dividend in accordance with § 30 of the Bank's Statute.
