PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA with the registered office in Warsaw, inaccordance with art. 26 of the Act on Covered Bonds and Mortgage Banksdated 29 August 1997, hereby announces that, on 27 February 2025, ittransmitted for publication in the Court and Commercial Monitor thefollowing information:

1) the total nominal value of outstanding of the mortgage covered bondsissued by the Bank as of the last day of the financial year (31 December2024) amounted to PLN 7,176,500,000.00;

2) the total value of the Bank's receivables and substitute assetsregistered in the cover pool register as of the last day of thefinancial year (31 December 2024) amounted to PLN 15,160,451,800.44.
