The Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (the "Bank") hereby announces that on 5 July 2024mortgage covered bonds with the parameters set out below issued by theBank under the International Covered Bond Issuance Programme (EMTN) wereadmitted to trading on the regulated market operated by the LuxembourgStock Exchange (Bourse de Luxembourg):

1) aggregate principal amount: PLN 500,000,000 (in words: five hundredmillion zlotys),

2) floating coupon of WIBOR 3M + 0.55%, paid quarterly,

3) maturity date: 4 July 2028,

4) principal amount of one covered bond: PLN 500,000 (in words: fivehundred thousand zlotys),

5) number of covered bonds admitted to trading: 1,000 units,

6) series: 13,

7) ISIN code: XS2854926701,

8) admission to trading and listing date: 5 July 2024.

The rating agency Moody's Investors Service Espana, S.A. has assigned arating of Aa1 for the issued series of covered bonds.
