Wojciech Papierak - lawyer and effective manager with experience in banking and the capital market.

He obtained a master's degree in law from the University of Łódź.

Associated with banking since 1993. He gained his first experience while working in a bank branch, and he climbed the next career ladder in various institutions and areas in the following years, up to serving on the management boards and supervisory boards of several banks (Nordea Bank Polska S.A., PKO BP S.A., FM Bank PBP S.A., Plus Bank S.A.).

He has experience in change management in companies. He created and implemented product and sales strategies in banking. He was involved in the restructuring, creation and management of shared services centers. He was involved in M&A and IPO projects and has management competences enabling the preparation and implementation of business strategies resulting in the development of managed companies. Effective in managing large teams and high budgets.

Among his greatest professional successes he mentions:

• carrying out the process increase of share capital in PKO BP S.A. in 2009 by over PLN 5.2 billion, responsible for this process as acting President of the Management Board,
• creating of the first virtual bank in Poland (mBank) and launching of the MultiBank branch network (management of the business part of the project, preparation of the product offer and model of the Financial Services Center, use of the Internet as a distribution and customer service channel),
• successful IPO of Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA in February 2013 (issue value: PLN 238.6 million).

Currenty he is a Superviosry Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committe of TOYA S.A. located in Wrocław. He served on the Supervisory Board of TOYA S.A. since 2017.
