(_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that on August 9, 2024 TheSupervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. dismissed Mr. PiotrJaworski from the function of Vice President of the Management Board ofthe Bank and at the same time from the Management Board of the Bank,effective at the end of August 9, 2024.The reasons for thedismissal were not indicated in the Supervisory Board's decision.
