Report Content According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on the conditions under whichsuch information may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") herebyinforms that on August 19, 2024, the Bank's Extraordinary GeneralMeeting appointed Mr. Marek Radzikowski as the Member of the Bank'sSupervisory Board for a common term of office.
Marek Radzikowski
PhD of economics, head of the Economic Growth Research Department of theWarsaw School of Economics, lecturer of data science subjects, author ofmany economic publications, including two books.
He completed his master's degree with distinction at the Warsaw Schoolof Economics, majoring in finance and banking, and then completed MBAstudies as part of The Community of European Management Schools (CEMS)program. He also studied at the Department of Economics of theMassachussetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge and at theErasmus University Rotterdam School of Management. He is a scholarshipholder of Fulbright, the Socrates-Erasmus program, the Minister ofNational Education, Dr. Irena Eris, and a winner of awards anddistinctions of among others, President's of Warsaw, Top Ten, PwC andEuroprimus.
He started his professional career as a leader of projects improvingmanagement processes in international corporations, and later as asenior economist and secretary of the Macroeconomic Council at theNational Bank of Poland. He co-founded the Civic Development Forum (FOR)as deputy director of the analytical department and deputy chiefeconomist, and then worked as head of the cabinet (head of advisors) ofthe Minister of Finance. He was also an advisor to the management boardof the Polish Bank Association, a President of the Warsaw BankingInstitute, and in recent years he worked as Vice President at J.P.Morgan.
Currently, he is Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO BankPolski S.A. in charge of the Retail and Business Banking Area, andOperations and International Banking Area.
He is a member of the Society of Polish Economists and an expert at theInstitute of Public Finance.
Mr Marek Radzikowski declared that:
- he doesn't conduct any business competitive to the business of theBank;
- he doesn't participate in any business competitive in respect of theBank as a partner in a civil-law partnerships, a partnership or acapital company;
- he is not member of any other governing body of legal person competingwith the Bank;
- he is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
