NOTICE OF HEARING OF PETITION

A Joint Petition under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder for the sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation among Pitti Industries Private Limited ('First Petitioner Company') and Dakshin Foundry Private Limited ('Second Petitioner Company') and Pitti Engineering Limited ('Third Petitioner Company') (collectively referred to as Petitioner Companies) and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme') was admitted before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ('Hon'ble Tribunal') at Hyderabad ('NCLT') vide Company Scheme Petition No. CP(CAA) 18/230/HDB/2026 on 22nd May, 2026 and the same was presented by Practicing Company Secretary Ms. Suman Bijarnia.

In this regard, the Hon'ble Tribunal vide order dated 22nd May 2026 has fixed the next date of hearing for the said Petition on 17th July, 2026.

Any person desirous of supporting or opposing the said Petition should send to the Petitioner Companies' Authorized Representative, at the undersigned address, a notice of his/their intention, signed by him/them or his/their advocate, with his/their name and address, so as to reach the Petitioner Companies' Authorized Representative not later than two working days before the date fixed for hearing of the petition. Where he/they seek to oppose the Petition, the grounds of opposition or a copy of the affidavit shall be furnished with such notice to the Hon'ble Tribunal. A copy of such representation/notice shall also be served on the Petitioner Companies' Authorised Representative not less than two working days before the date fixed for the hearing.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any person requiring the same on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.

ఈ విషయంలో, గార్డ్ (ట్రైజన్స్) తన తేదీ.22 మే,2026 నాటి ఉత్తర్వు ద్వారా, సరియు విలేషన్ వరకు విచారణ తేదీని 17 జూలై 2026గా నిర్ణయించింది. సరియు విలేషన్ మర్యాద అమలుచేసిన లేదా ప్రెస్కోలర్ కంపెనీ అనేది ఏ ప్రక్రియ అయినా, విలేషన్ విచారణకు నిర్ణయించిన తేదీకి కనీసం రెండు వన్డినాలు ముందుగా విలేషన్ కంపెనీల అధికారం ప్రెస్కోలర్ చేసిన విషయం, తన/వారి పేరు మరియు విరుద్ధంగా ఉండటం, తాను లేదా తన/వారి నాయుద్ధం సంతకం చేసిన తన/తను ఉద్దేశ్యాన్ని తెలియజేస్తున్న ఒక సోమేయు, దిగువ సంతకం చేసిన విరుద్ధంగా ఉండటం, తాను విలేషన్ కంపెనీల అధికారం ప్రెస్కోలర్ చేసిన విచారణలు ప్రోస్కోలర్ సమర్పించారు. అటువంటి విషయంలోని యొక్క కార్యం కూడా విచారణకు నిర్ణయించిన తేదీకి కనీసం రెండు వన్డినాలు ముందుగా విలేషన్ కంపెనీల అధికారం ప్రెస్కోలర్ అందజేయాలి. విలేషన్ యొక్క కార్యం కోరుకున్న ఏ ప్రక్రియలు, నిర్ణయం దుస్సులు చెప్పించిన విషయం, దిగువ సంతకందారంలో అందంచేయాలి.
