Su dette azioni si estende automaticamente una garanzia costituita a presidio del finanziamento esistente, con permanenza del diritto di voto in capo a Camfin Alternative Assets Srl. *** Camfin Alternative Assets Srl, indirectly controlled company by Marco Tronchetti Provera through Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. SpA and Camfin SpA, purchased on 10 June 2026 no. 550,000 Pirelli shares, equal to 0.051% share capital of Pirelli. A guarantee set up to secure the existing loan is automatically extended over these shares. Camfin Alternative Assets Srl maintains all the voting rights.
