SpA e Camfin SpA, ha acquistato in data 5 giugno 2026 n. 1.000.000 azioni di Pirelli & C. SpA, pari allo 0,092% del capitale sociale dell'emittente. Su dette azioni si estende automaticamente una garanzia costituita a presidio del finanziamento esistente, con permanenza del diritto di voto in capo a Camfin Alternative Assets Srl. *** Camfin Alternative Assets Srl, indirectly controlled company by Marco Tronchetti Provera through Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. SpA and Camfin SpA, purchased on 5 June 2026 no. 1,000,000 Pirelli shares, equal to 0.092% share capital of Pirelli. A guarantee set up to secure the existing loan is automatically extended over these shares. Camfin Alternative Assets Srl maintains all the voting rights.
