COMUNICATO STAMPA
Milano, 7 settembre 2021 - Pirelli comunica che, in data odierna, il Chief Financial Officer Francesco Tanzi, Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla Società con effetto dal 31 dicembre 2021 per intraprendere una nuova esperienza professionale.
ll Vice Presidente Esecutivo e Amministratore Delegato, Marco Tronchetti Provera, in conseguenza delle modifiche organizzative che verranno adottate, proporrà al Consiglio di Amministrazione già in programma il prossimo 11 novembre la nomina del nuovo Dirigente Preposto in conformità alla normativa vigente. Il dottor Tanzi non è titolare di azioni ordinarie della Società.
Pirelli ringrazia il dottor Tanzi per il contributo dato all'azienda nei molti anni di collaborazione.
PRESS RELEASE
Milan, 7 September 2021 - Pirelli announces that today the Chief Financial Officer Francesco Tanzi, who is also the manager responsible for the preparation of the company's financial documents, tendered his resignation from the Company, effective 31 December 2021, to pursue a new professional experience.
The Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marco Tronchetti Provera, as a consequence of the organizational changes that will be adopted, will propose to the board meeting already scheduled for 11 November the nomination of the new manager responsible for the preparation of the company's financial documents, in accordance with current legislation. Mr. Tanzi does not own ordinary shares in the company.
Pirelli wishes to thank Mr. Tanzi for his contribution to the company over his many years of service.
