This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with “Pfizer Limited – Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (close of business) till 48 hours after the said Unaudited Financial Results are made public on February 9, 2026.
